Step 1: Share Your Requirements

Send us your product requirements through our website inquiry form, WhatsApp, or email.

Please provide as much information as possible, including:

• Product or style required
• Design reference or artwork
• Logo and branding files
• Preferred colors and fabrics
• Sizes and quantities
• Printing or embroidery requirements
• Labels and packaging requirements
• Required delivery date
• Shipping destination

Our team will review your requirements and discuss available options with you. Where required, we can also prepare a product mockup or sample before bulk production.

Step 2: Quotation & Sample Approval

Once your requirements are confirmed, we will provide you with a detailed quotation covering the product specifications, quantity, customization, production time, and shipping terms.

If sampling is required, a sample will be developed for your approval before bulk production. You can review the fabric, sizing, colors, stitching, printing, embroidery, and overall finishing.

After all details are approved, we will provide the final order confirmation and payment instructions.

Payment details and terms will be confirmed with your official quotation or invoice.

Step 3: Production & Delivery

Once the order details and payment are confirmed, your order moves into production.

Our manufacturing process includes material sourcing, cutting, customization, stitching, finishing, and quality inspection. We keep you informed throughout production and ensure the finished products follow the approved specifications.

After final quality checks, your order is carefully packed and prepared for shipment. Shipping and tracking information will be shared once the goods are dispatched.

Sample Development

Samples are available for customers who wish to review their product before placing a bulk order. Sample cost and development time depend on the product, design, materials, and customization requirements.

Any applicable sample adjustment or refund policy will be confirmed before sample production begins.
